Be unemployed/underemployed or an incumbent worker at partner employer organization (WCTF guidelines)

Authorization to Work in the United States

Valid (unexpired) U.S. government-issued photo ID (License, passport, State ID card, etc.)

Primary Doctor’s Note stating that the student had a physical exam (within a year)

Proof of Flu Vaccine (Seasonal)

Proof of a TB (Tuberculosis) test (within a year)

Acceptable CORI Report
-
English Language Aptitude, Level 3+

NDEC-L's nursing assistant programs are low-cost or no cost.
