Conversation Café: A Place to Practice English

NDEC-L's Conversation Café gives English language learners a welcoming place to practice speaking English and connect with other learners. Created to support students waiting to enroll in formal ESOL classes, the program offers a chance to keep practicing in the meantime.

Led by facilitators who were once ESOL learners themselves, Conversation Café creates a supportive environment where students can speak without fear of making mistakes and grow more comfortable using English in everyday conversations. It’s also a place to build connections and discover the confidence to keep learning!
